By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Wisdom mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Daily Wisdom provides:
- Daily inspirational quotes from various authors and philosophers
- Beautiful background images from Unsplash
- Ability to save favorite quotes locally on your device
- Copy quotes to clipboard functionality
- Free access with ad-supported content
3. Use License
Grant of License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
License Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Attempt to extract or scrape quotes or images through automated means
- Bypass or disable any security features or advertising
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
4. Intellectual Property

- The App itself is owned by Daily Wisdom
- Quotes are from public domain sources or through licensed APIs
- Background images are provided by Unsplash under their license terms
- All trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners
User Content
- Favorites you save are stored locally on your device
- You retain ownership of your saved favorites
- We do not claim any rights to your saved content
Third-Party Content
- Quotes: Sourced from public domain and licensed APIs
- Images: Provided by Unsplash photographers (see attributions)
- We respect and comply with all third-party content licenses
5. Advertising
- The App is free and ad-supported through Google AdMob
- Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks
- We do not control or endorse advertised products or services
- You interact with advertisements at your own risk
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
